1. Coil Heater Working Principle
Flat coil heater are designed to the standard with respect to precise fit and profiling to optimize the performance of nozzles and other mating components.
They accommodate type "J" or "K" type thermocouple that could be placed internally at the tip or the middle of a heater.
They can be made as well to have profiled or distributed wattage configuration.

4. Coil Heater Imported Raw Materials
a. The coil heater resistance is used German Nickel Chrome wire, can be coiled and straight.
b. The insulation material magnesium oxide powder is imported from USA; which ensures the high performance, fast response time and good unformity.

6. Termination:
Plain leads with high temperature sleeve
High temperature lead wire with a fiberglass jacket exiting from a transition bracket, which sealed with high temperature cement.
