I. Introduction
HT Elite standard type Cartridge Heater Filling Machine. It is used for filing heater tubes with MgO powder, and assure optimum centering of the coil in the cartridge heater and the MgO powder density. Then the coil in tube is isolated from the air and it improve the service life and safety of electric heating tubes.
II. Functions:
1.lt adopts PLC control, Electronic Governing control the vibration frequency.
2.Tube diameter below25,4mm,tube length 50mm-1000mm.
3. Powder falling time and speed can be adjusted.
4.10,12,14,16,18,20 positions can be choosen from according to your requirement.( normally 10 positions ).
