1. Introduction
Hand Held Thermocouples are constructed using high quality corrosion resistant 316 Stainless Steel sheaths.
Each design is supplied with a terminated with a molded plug. The plug has pin spacing that is universal and will adapt to virtually any mating jack or hand held digital indicator.
HT Elite manufactures a wide variety of handles to meet your temperature range and sanitary service requirements. Handles are available in CPVC, Delrin, Virgin TF and Stainless Steel.

4. Advantages:
The high temperature thermoplastic insulated leads provide excellent abrasion resistance and high dielectric qualities.
An integral bell spring in the sure grip handle provides significant stress relief and prevents open circuit conditions that result from too much strain on the thermocouple connection.
A multi-use, low cost, versatile thermocuple which can be used with any handheld. Available off the shelf in many configurations.
5. Disadvantage:
- Measure accuracy difficult be higher than 0.2ºC
- Request keep temperature constant at reference junction
- Request contact thermocouple and display control instrument with compensating lead wire
- When working at high temperature condition or long time measurement,thermocouple might be affected or corroded by measure medium and degradation, working life is limited.
