1. Cable Heater Working Principle

Cable coil heater with required length, wattage, voltage, can be coiled or bend to any shape when the end user want. They are fully annealed and can acquire any shape, they should be formed to a final shape in a single attempt.

Heaters can be coiled to lengths greater than shown with or without wattage profiling. Coil lengths can be much longer than those shown depending on coil spacing.
 
  1. Coil lengths based on a closed coil. Coils can be stretched for distributed wattage and/or much longer coil lengths.
  2. All heaters are 230V.
  3. All heaters have 1000mm leadwire with stainless steel overbraid PVC, fiberglass and a ground wire.
  4. Heaters are available with and without thermocouple.
  5. Most heaters are 4.2*2.2mm square cross section.

5. Cable Heater Imported Raw Materials

a. The coil heater resistance is used German Nickel Chrome wire, can be coiled and straight.

b. The insulation material magnesium oxide powder is imported from USA; which ensures the high performance, fast response time and good unformity.
