1. Cartridge Heater Working Principle

Electric cartridge heater, also known as single-end tubular heater, one end can heat, another end is cold end.

It is made of a metal tube put into the resistance alloy wire as the heating materials, the alloy wire is filled with good insulation high purity magnesium oxide as filler, the product has a big power, high thermal efficiency, fast heat dissipation characteristics.

· Disc ceramic insulator.
· Pure magnesium oxide (UCM, Tateho).

· MGO Rod: Tateho, OTC.
· High temperature wire: Fiberglass wire, Pure Nickel core wire, Telfon wire.
· Conductor without connections.
