I. Introduction
HT Elite standard type HT-113 Partial annealing machine.This annealing machine is a common heat treatment equipment commonly used for processing and modifying metal materials. Its working principle is to use contact short-circuit annealing to change the material's microstructure and properties through heating and cooling.
Contact short-circuit annealing is a heat treatment method that changes the structure and properties of a metal material by heating it to a certain temperature and then rapidly cooling it. During this process, significant changes occurred on the surface and inside of the material. This process helps to adjust the internal structure of the material, eliminate internal stress and work hardening, and improve the plasticity and toughness of the material.
II. Functions:
1.Heating the tube surface by low voltage and high-current short, MgO & heater will get little heat.
2.Time relay control and adjust the annealing time.
3.infrared sensor sensing the preset annealing temperature and stop annealing
automatically.
4.Pneumatic clamping,safe and convenient.
5.Flexible design of copper collet.
